Jon and I enjoyed a trip out to the country to his mom's house on Saturday. We celebrated her birthday and took our annual fall color tour through the trails behind their house.

We went on a hike in the woods this past weekend as well...there is nothing like those seasonal changes in the woods!!!

I just love this time of year when the weather cools off enough to enjoy being outside again. Those are beautiful pictures. :~) That praying mantis is camouflaged very well.
