how do you make this drink and did you find it here in the states?

My son brought me some, but don't have a clue how to make it or where to get it. He tells me it is wonderful.

Thanks for the tip on Trader Joe's citrus honey spread. I've been back from Japan for over a year and have almost finished my bottle of Yuzu Mitsu and the blueberry flavor. I bought mine in Kamakura. I wish they did ship overseas, but since they don't, I truly appreciate your suggestion for a substitute. The yuzu mitsu I just put in boiling water or with black tea, but the blueberry version I add to frozen blueberries, vanilla yogurt, and ice cream in the blender for a smoothie.
